Privacy PolicyWhat we collect and what we do with it

Short version: the details you send us are used to schedule and do the work, and for nothing else.

What we collect

When you call, text or send the form, we keep your name, phone number, email if you give one, the address the work is at, and what you tell us about the job. That is what it takes to schedule a visit, price the work and follow up on it.

How it is used

To schedule and perform the work, to send the estimate and the invoice, to confirm appointments, and to follow up on a visit. We do not sell it and we do not rent it.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your appointment, your estimate or a follow up on the work. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Who sees it

The people who schedule and do the work, and the software we use to run the business: our scheduling and messaging system, our website host, and our accounting tools. Each one only gets what it needs for its job. We share it with nobody else unless the law requires it.

The website

The site uses basic analytics to see which pages get read. The contact form runs on our scheduling system and is protected by a bot check. There are no visitor accounts and no comments.

Keeping it

Job records are kept as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes. Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep.
