Who we are

Winchester Electrician is a trade name of Michael Capital LLC, 9 N Loudoun St, 3rd Floor, Winchester, VA 22601. On this page “we” and “us” mean Winchester Electrician.

Using this website

The site tells you what we do and gives you a way to reach us. The information on it is general. It is not an estimate, and it is not advice about your specific home. We may change or remove pages at any time.

Estimates and work

Any work we do is covered by the written estimate or invoice you approve. If that document and this page ever disagree, the estimate or invoice controls.

Text messaging terms

The program. When you check a consent box on the form on this website, you agree to receive text messages from Winchester Electrician. We text about scheduling and appointment reminders, estimates, invoices, updates on a job, and replies to your questions. If you also check the marketing box, we text seasonal offers and service reminders too. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Stopping. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number the message came from. After you send “STOP”, we will send you one text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive texts from us. If you want to join again, send the form again or text “START”, and we will start sending texts to you again.

Help. If you are having trouble with the messaging program, reply “HELP” for more assistance, or call us at (540) 340-9128.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cost and frequency. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with your job. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Age. You must be 18 or older to sign up for texts.

Privacy. If you have any questions about privacy, read our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
